and other circumstances, FIME Group is no longer affiliated with this company, but is continuing to honor
warranty issues and sell any remaining inventory in the US as long as it lasts.
Izhmash
In the past, FIME Group has had close partnership with Izhmash Factory of Russia (now Kalashnikov Concern),
being its official US partner. This legendary company is the maker of the famous Kalashnikov pattern firearms
and producer of the SGL Series (Saiga) shotguns and rifles. Due to current political situation,
including sanctions imposed by the State Department on Kalashnikov Concern, and other circumstances,
FIME Group is no longer affiliated with this company.

Zastava Arms of Serbia was one of FIME Group LLC’s key partners. A manufacturer with a rich history,
Zastava Arms is famous for its production of the Mauser rifle used by Germany. Zastava’s lines
of Bolt Action rifles and Pistols were available through several of FIME Group LLC’s distributors
and we received our last shipment in July 2013. Thereafter, FIME sold its remaining inventory to
distributors and discontinued its relationship with Zastava. While FIME is committed to providing
the highest quality products to its customers, we understand that many products reach end of life
as a part of the life cycle which drives new products and innovation to the marketplace. As such,
products and service on such products eventually reach a point in the life cycle requiring a
business decision to discontinue parts availability and maintenance. Zastava products have
reached that point in their life cycle with FIME where components are increasingly difficult
and/or costly to source. As such, FIME was forced to make the difficult business decision to
announce an end of life on all Zastava products imported by FIME. As always, FIME is continually
committed to finding new firearms and products for its customers and looks forward to providing
